ENV has developed a proprietary service management system called CERTS™ (Certification and Equipment Record Tracking System). CERTS™ is written in Microsoft SQL Server and can export data in a variety of file formats.

ENV’s Certification and Equipment Record Tracking System – CERTS™ – is a proprietary data management system for the collection of test data, maintenance of equipment service history and generation of inventory/service reports. CERTS™ tracks equipment inventory, performance specifications, service history, and required recertification schedules.

ENV uses CERTS™ to:

  • Maintain each customer's equipment inventory, including location and user information;
  • Track certification and preventive maintenance intervals for equipment serviced;
  • Track customer service calls; and
  • Record and maintain equipment certification test results.

ENV offers its clients web-based access to their equipment inventory and certification/service history through CERTS OnLINE™. As ENV processes test and service reports, CERTS OnLINE™ is automatically updated with the latest data. Clients can view equipment records and service history as well as generate inventory and service reports from any computer with internet access. Check out our online demo of CERTS OnLINE.
